Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kondisi fisik atlet bolatangan pada masa lockdown. Hasil dari penelitian ini digunakan pemangku kepentingan dalam menentukan kebijakan dan program latihan bagi atlet. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain tim bola tangan putra Provinsi Lampung yang berjumlah 18 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan total sampling. Kondisi fisik atlet bolatangan putra masuk dalam kategori “kurang”. Pelatih perlu menyusun program latihan yang disesuaikan dengan kebijakan pemerintah. Aktivitas fisik sangat diperlukan untuk menjaga kondisi fisik secara keseluruhan.
